Induction Ceremony

Mandatory for all eligible New Members.

We joyfully invite you, family, and friends to join us on

Tuesday, May 1

at 6:30 pm in the Plano East Gym for the biggest celebration of the year.

(Inductees must arrive earlier. Check your letter for details.)

  • Please carefully read through this letter containing important about the ceremony, and we will see at the rehearsal Monday, April 30 after school in the cafeteria

If ANY of the below requirements are not met, you will NOT be inducted and will have to re-apply for Membership next school year.


Monday, April 30 — Induction Ceremony Rehearsal

  • In order to make sure the ceremony on May 1 goes smoothly, all inductees MUST attend the MANDATORY Induction Ceremony REHEARSAL in order to receive official Membership. If you don't attend, you will have to re-apply for Membership next year.

  • In the Plano East Cafeteria from 4:25 to 5 pm— so head there straight after school! If you are late, you might NOT be inducted, per discretion of the Executive Committee.

  • If you have a serious, legitimate reason to not be able to attend, please fill out THIS online form.

Tuesday, May 1 — Induction Ceremony

  • It's the big day! All inductees MUST attend the MANDATORY Induction Ceremony in order to receive official Membership. If you don't attend, you will have to re-apply for Membership next year. If you have a serious, legitimate reason to not be able to attend, please contact an Adviser.

  • While the ceremony starts at 6:30 pm, all inductees must report to the CAFETERIA no later than 5:45 pm in order to be Inducted. You MUST be fully dressed! Look at your induction letter for more information.

  • Celebrate this monumental accomplishment with your friends and family! A reception will follow the Induction Ceremony.
